How it works
Four steps, and only the first one takes your time.
You tell us about the car on your phone. We do the rest, including the payout, the paperwork and the transfer.

The whole process
What happens, in order.
-
Tell us about it
Rego, kilometres and condition. About a minute on your phone.
-
We call you
A real price range from a buyer who reads these cars for a living.
-
We inspect it
At your place, at a time that suits you. The battery is read there.
-
You get paid
Paperwork on your phone, finance settled, money in your account.
Step three, the payout
How a finance or novated lease payout actually works
You give us the financier and the account, we ask them for a payout figure, and we pay it directly. You never have to find the money first and then wait to be reimbursed.
If the payout is more than the car is worth, we tell you the shortfall in writing before anything is signed, and you decide from there. That is negative equity and it is ordinary. It is not a dead end.
If the payout is less than the car is worth, the balance is yours and it lands in your account.
Step three and four, in person
An inspector comes to you, and you sign on your phone
You do not drive anywhere and you do not sit in a dealership waiting. We come to your home or your work, anywhere in Australia, at a time that suits you.
The inspector reads the battery state of health, checks the car over, and prices the charging gear you are handing across. Cables, the granny charger, the wall box on the garage wall.
Contract of sale, notice of disposal, transfer forms. It is all signed on your phone, the finance is settled, and the money lands in your account.
Where we go
Australia wide, weighted to Victoria. The inspector travels to you rather than the other way around.
That is the whole process. Step one takes about a minute.
Rego, kilometres and condition, then how we reach you.
No obligation. Send the car details through and we call you back with a real price range.
